What is the difference between this bumper and the DF Sport Bumper?

Look through the picture gallery and you will find a work in progress picture to show the changes.  To copy a TPO bumper properly we had to harden the entire surface to repair the slight sags and waviness of the bumper and block it down smooth.  We added 3/16" spacer to the front wheel.  The upper and lower separation lines were blended in.  Reduced the A/C condenser opening based on the NSX-R design.  Slightly increased the size of the front corner hump.  

Does the cross bar come with the bumper?

No.
